Treatment Options

For groups of 4 or fewer, you may choose from our full infusion and injection menu, excluding Alpha Lipoic Acid and NAD+.

For groups of 4 or more, please choose from our Group Infusion & Injection Menu listed above.
Service Fees

Mobile service fee is $30.
-
Mobile service fee is waived if total exceeds $250 and location is within a 25-mile radius of our office.

If location is beyond 25 miles, we're happy to discuss but additional travel fees may apply.

The Process
Step 1: Call to Book

A credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking

A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and will be applied to your total
Step 2: Provide Patient Info
We’ll need the full name and email address for each person receiving an infusion.

For group bookings, we ask that the main contact person email us a list of all participants' names and emails to make the intake process easier after booking

Each patient will receive an intake form via email that must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the appointment so our medical team can review and approve each patient.
Step 4: Day-Of Confirmation
The person who scheduled the group will receive a call or text the morning of the appointment to confirm timing and details.
Step 5: We Come to You
Our licensed clinical team arrives at your location with everything needed to safely and comfortably administer your infusions.
